ReplyDeleteI am sorry I thought I answered and realized just now I hadn't.... I found them first on Insatiable Desire - http://www.insatiabledesire.com/2010/08/09/thirty-days-of-kink/ But I think she found them elsewhere...so not sure where they first originated.
